For the millions of businesses already on Zoho, this is the obvious signing tool, and it costs a fraction of bolting DocuSign onto the same workflow.

Day-to-Day Experience

The standalone experience is clean and competent. Upload, place fields, add recipients, send. Templates, signing order, bulk send, and in-person signing are all included. The mobile app is solid. It supports the standard signature compliance frameworks, and the audit trail does its job. Nothing here will wow you, but nothing frustrates you either.

Pricing and Value

This is where Zoho Sign really competes. Paid plans start around $10/user/month, with higher tiers around $14-$22/user/month, and there's even a free tier for very light use (around five documents). Compared to DocuSign's $45+/user/month Standard plan, the savings are dramatic for similar core functionality. Zoho's pricing philosophy is consistent across its whole suite, and Sign is no exception.

The Honest Trade-offs

Outside the Zoho ecosystem, Zoho Sign is just a decent e-signature tool, it doesn't particularly stand out against Dropbox Sign or SignNow. Non-Zoho integrations exist but are fewer. And if you don't use any other Zoho products, you lose the main reason to pick it. Support quality is generally fine but can be inconsistent.
