Productive came out of Zagreb in 2014, born from the frustration of running a digital agency with disconnected tools. The founders wanted one place for projects, budgets, timesheets, and invoices. They built it. Now over 2,000 agencies use it across 50+ countries.

At $9-32 per user per month, it's not the cheapest option. The interface has a learning curve because there's genuinely a lot going on. Smaller teams under 5 people might find it overkill.
