Where Kaiber Struggles

Photorealism isn't the goal, and that's fine. But even within its artistic niche, consistency across a full 3-4 minute video is tough. Characters morph, objects shift, and the style can drift partway through. Short clips (15-30 seconds) look great. Full-length videos need careful prompting and editing. There's no real timeline editor, so you're cutting and arranging in a separate tool.
