SyteLine's reporting capabilities are functional but not exciting. You'll probably need a third-party BI tool for executive dashboards and advanced analytics. Infor includes Birst with CloudSuite, but configuring it takes effort.

The user interface is much improved with the web client, but some modules still show their age. Training new users takes 1-3 weeks depending on their role. Not terrible, but not as intuitive as newer cloud-native ERPs.
