The Honest Problems

The $30/user/month price for Microsoft 365 Copilot is a hard sell. That's on top of your existing Microsoft 365 subscription. For a 50-person company, you're looking at $18,000/year in additional AI costs. The ROI math only works if your team is heavily embedded in the Microsoft ecosystem.
