Pre-built automation recipes cover 18+ common scenarios: welcome series, abandoned carts, upsells, re-engagement, lead scoring. For a tool at this price point, the automation depth is genuinely impressive.

AI-Powered Product Recommendations

Moosend's product recommendation engine analyzes browsing and purchase behavior to suggest relevant products in emails automatically. You add a recommendation block to your email and the AI fills it with personalized products for each recipient. This feature typically costs $150+/month on other platforms. Moosend includes it on the Pro plan.

Real-Time Reporting

The analytics dashboard updates in real time. Open rates, click maps, device breakdown, location data, and conversion tracking are all live. Heatmaps show exactly where subscribers click in your emails. The reporting is better than you'd expect from a sub-$10/month tool.

The Downsides
