Video telematics feels like an afterthought. The dashcam integration works, but the AI-powered video review capabilities lag behind dedicated players like Lytx or even Samsara's camera system. If video safety is your primary requirement, look elsewhere first.

Pricing transparency is lower than you might want. Bell Canada's enterprise orientation means quotes vary significantly based on negotiation. Small fleets (under 25 vehicles) often find better value with simpler platforms.
