The Fiix Foresight AI engine analyzes your maintenance history to suggest optimized PM frequencies. Instead of scheduling an oil change every 30 days because that's what you did before, Fiix looks at actual failure patterns and suggests intervals based on your specific equipment behavior. The IoT integration pathway is the real long-term story. The free plan genuinely limits you to two users, which is mostly useful for evaluation. Real teams need the Basic plan or above. Customer support has been a common complaint in reviews post-acquisition—response times slowed as the company scaled.

The inventory module is functional but not sophisticated. If your facility has 500+ part numbers spread across multiple stockrooms, you'll want more dedicated inventory software alongside Fiix.
