The Cost Reality

Starting at roughly $199/month for the Plus plan, Thryv isn't cheap. But the mental math works when you add up what you'd pay for separate scheduling ($30), payment processing ($25), social media tools ($50), reputation management ($80), and a CRM ($40). The real question is whether you'll use all the modules.

Where It Struggles

The CRM itself is basic compared to sales-focused tools. There's no pipeline visualization or deal forecasting. The interface can feel cluttered with so many features crammed together. And the long-term contracts (often 12-18 months) are a real commitment for businesses testing the waters.
