Eptura is purpose-built for that scenario. The reporting connects space utilization to maintenance costs in ways that dedicated CMMS tools cannot, because they do not have the workplace data.

Where Eptura Falls Short

Eptura is not a CMMS specialist. Maintenance teams in manufacturing, food and beverage, or industrial settings will find the asset management depth insufficient. There is no preventive maintenance based on equipment meter readings, no spare parts inventory management, and no integration with industrial control systems. The mobile app for technicians is functional but not as polished as UpKeep or Limble.

Pricing requires a sales conversation—Eptura does not publish rates. The platform targets mid-market and enterprise buyers, which means SMB pricing is not particularly favorable.
